These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Bross Global (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Bross Global website (the “Site”) and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Site or Services.

Bross Global is a supply‑chain partner specialising in sourcing and exporting coffee and cocoa products from East Africa. We work directly with farmers, cooperatives and local processors to ensure quality, transparency and fair pricing. Our services include sourcing, grading, quality control, warehousing, documentation and logistics coordination for international buyers. We do not offer retail sales to consumers; our Services are intended for business customers such as roasters, manufacturers and importers.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our Site.

• Permitted Use: The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes related to our Services. You may use the Site solely for evaluating our offerings or engaging with us for business enquiries.

• Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from the Site without our prior written consent.

  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable or overburden our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

• User Submissions: If you submit enquiries, feedback or any other content via our contact forms or email, you warrant that the information provided is accurate and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to ignore or remove any submissions we deem inappropriate

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and other intellectual property displayed on the Site are the property of Bross Global or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, modify or create derivative works based on any such content without express written permission from Bross Global. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bross Global and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dar es Salaam for the resolution of any legal matter arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.

Bross Global reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Changes will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
