01
Source & Collect
We source coffee and cocoa directly from farmers, cooperatives, and local processors at origin.
Each lot is collected with a clear focus on traceability, consistency, and suitability for export. From the very first step, products are evaluated for quality parameters such as moisture level, screen size, and overall physical condition.
02
Warehouse & Quality Check
All products undergo warehouse inspection and quality control before export.
Coffee and cocoa are checked for grading, processing method, moisture content, and physical integrity. Only lots that meet defined quality standards are prepared for shipment, ensuring consistency and reliability for our buyers.
03
Processing & Origin Characteristics
Products are processed according to their origin characteristics and market requirements.
Fermentation, drying, and handling processes are monitored to preserve natural flavor profiles and physical quality. Origin-specific attributes such as variety, processing style, and moisture balance are maintained to ensure predictable and repeatable results.
04
Logistics & On-Time Delivery
We manage export logistics with a structured and planned approach.
Documentation, container planning, and shipment coordination are handled in alignment with international trade requirements. Our integrated process ensures on-time delivery, reduced operational risk, and a smooth supply experience from origin to destination.
