Arabica Coffee – Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda & Kenya

• Grades: AA, AB, PB, FAQ
• Processing: Washed, Natural, Honey
• Screen Size: 15+, 17/18
• Moisture: 10.5% – 12%
• Notes: Clean acidity, floral, citrus and fruity profiles

Robusta Coffee – East Africa

• Grades: Screen 12, 14, 16, 18 (by lot)
• Processing: Natural, Washed (availability-based)
• Screen Size: 12–18
• Moisture: 10.5% – 12.5%
• Notes: Strong body, crema-friendly, cocoa/nutty tones

Cocoa Beans – Tanzania, Uganda & Burundi

• Type: Fermented cocoa beans
• Fermentation: 5–7 days (batch-managed)
• Moisture: ≤ 7.5%
• Grade/Sort: FAQ / Grade 1–2 (by agreement)
• Notes: Balanced cocoa intensity, low off-notes, consistent roast performance
